John A. Flynn
John Flynn earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro in 1995, and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree from Baylor University School of Law in 1999.  Mr. Flynn was licensed in all State Courts in the State of Arkansas in 1999, and in the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts in Arkansas in 2000.  Mr. Flynn opened the Flynn Law Firm in Cabot in October 1999 and has been serving clients not only in Lonoke, White and Pulaski Counties since then, but representing Bankruptcy debtors throughout the State of Arkansas.  Mr. Flynn has served as a Special Prosecuting Attorney in Lonoke County and Acting District Judge in Beebe.  Mr. Flynn is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association - Debtor-Creditor Section, the American Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
